Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates is a series of mat based exercises in various different body positions which have been adapted by physiotherapists to make them more suitable for clients with back and neck pain, helping posture and those recovering from injury.

Polestar Clinical Pilates is a limitless and ever evolving education in movement. It will develop the mind and body and is suitable for beginners, those new to exercise or experienced athletes, as well as for rehabilitation and improving mobility. Classes are taught in groups of up to six, for responsive learning and adaptability.

Polestar clinical Pilates exercises do not change in intensity but evolve, the variations are limitless. Small equipment used in sessions include the OOV, bands and circles.

Barre
Barre is a dynamic ballet based class that focuses on strength, flexibility, stamina and core training, through using a combination of Pilates, Yoga, dance, cardio and strength training. Expect a series of low-intensity fat burning intervals from leg lengtheners to barre burn, along with posture and alignment. Taught by Genevieve, a fully qualified Yoga, Pilates and advanced Barre teacher.

55 minutes class.

BarreYoga
The class is specifically designed to fuse the best elements of both of my Barre Class and Yoga Align classes. It incorporates cardio, strength, ballet & yoga and is all set to wonderfully uplifting music.

The class consists of 35 minutes on the Barre, 30 minutes of Yoga Flow and 10 minutes relaxation.

1hr and 15 minutes class.

YogaAlign 
A Yoga class working on a deeply physical and psychological level to develop flexibility and balance, endurance and cardiovascular strength, as well as mental clarity and tranquillity. Make time to focus on your health and wellbeing. A special emphasis is placed in the class on precision, alignment and breath control, which are all Iyengar Yoga techniques.

To centre and align your energies, helping you become happier, stronger, and better equipped to take on life's challenges.

60 minutes class

Barre Restore
This class is set to funky, soulful, slower and less intense movements for 20 minutes, and then 40 minutes on the mat for Clinical Pilates and back care and restore methods. 

We will start with 20 minutes on the Barre, ideal for those that want to try Barre out for the first time. The restore part of the class will establish efficient movement patterns, using a strong foundation for increased strength, mobility and diaphragmatic/ deep breathing. Each session will have a back care and posture focus. 

Using Clinical Pilates, Physiotherapy and Movement Science methods including the Franklin Method, Feldenkrais and Reflexology techniques. 

Perfect for those wanting to learn more about movement, and the mechanics of movement and breathing. Also learning to retain healthy spines, keeping your back flexible. Posture and alignment will also be added in each session, highlighting any misalignment within your body.
