Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates is a scientific and medical evidence based holistic approach to healing through movement by using a series of mat based rehabilitation exercises adapted by physiotherapists, perfect for those with neck or back pain, helping posture and core or those recovering from injury. Learn how to move more intelligently from the ground up. Prescriptive clinical movement based on your needs.

Polestar clinical Pilates exercises do not change in intensity but evolve, the variations are limitless. Small equipment used in sessions include stability equipment, bands, balls and circles. Taught in small groups of 6 students, and suitable for all with or without injury. Each class is personalised to every student, adjusting and attuning where needed.

60 minutes class

Barre is a dynamic ballet, cardio and strength based class that mixes elements of progressive Pilates, Ballet, Yoga and functional strength training.

In each energising and targeted session, you will use the stability barre and small equipment, including weights, bands, balls and stability Pilates equipment to help with targeting the correct muscles.

Benefits of this whole class include: reducing backaches, develop stature,
liberate the spine and feel steady on your feet. Also sculpting your arms, legs,
hips and core.

We place the emphasis on precision, alignment and breath control, which are all
Iyengar Yoga techniques.

55 minutes class.

The class is specifically designed to fuse the best elements of both of my Barre Class and Yoga Align classes. It incorporates cardio, strength, ballet & yoga and is all set to wonderfully uplifting music.

The class consists of 35 minutes on the Barre, 30 minutes of Yoga Flow and 10 minutes relaxation with cashmere blankets and candlelight.

1hr and 15 minutes class.

A Yoga class working on a deeply physical and psychological level to develop flexibility and balance, endurance and cardiovascular strength, as well as mental clarity and tranquillity. Make time to focus on your health and wellbeing. A special emphasis is placed in the class on precision, alignment and breath control, which are all Iyengar Yoga techniques.
